Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sparkle Premium Car Wash & Detailing
At Sparkle, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Service Cancellation
- Cancellations must be informed at least 2 hours before the scheduled service.
- Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
2. Monthly Package Cancellation
- Monthly packages are non-refundable once service has started.
- If no washes have been used yet, customers may request a partial refund (processing fee may apply).
3. No-Show Policy
If the customer is unavailable or the car is not accessible during the scheduled time:
- That session will be marked as completed
- No refund or rescheduling will be provided
4. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are unhappy with the service:
- Inform us within 1 hour of service completion
- We will offer a free touch-up or re-clean
- Refunds are considered only if the issue cannot be resolved
5. Weather & Operational Delays
In cases of rain, staff unavailability, or operational issues:
- We may reschedule the service to the next available slot
- No additional charges apply
6. Payment Refund Timeline
If approved:
- UPI or online payment refunds take 3–7 business days
- Cash refunds will be issued only when authorized
7. Fraud or Misuse
Sparkle reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- False claims
- Misuse of offers or packages
- Suspicious or abusive behavior
