Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sparkle Premium Car Wash & Detailing

At Sparkle, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. Service Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be informed at least 2 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

2. Monthly Package Cancellation

  • Monthly packages are non-refundable once service has started.
  • If no washes have been used yet, customers may request a partial refund (processing fee may apply).

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer is unavailable or the car is not accessible during the scheduled time:

  • That session will be marked as completed
  • No refund or rescheduling will be provided

4. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unhappy with the service:

  • Inform us within 1 hour of service completion
  • We will offer a free touch-up or re-clean
  • Refunds are considered only if the issue cannot be resolved

5. Weather & Operational Delays

In cases of rain, staff unavailability, or operational issues:

  • We may reschedule the service to the next available slot
  • No additional charges apply

6. Payment Refund Timeline

If approved:

  • UPI or online payment refunds take 3–7 business days
  • Cash refunds will be issued only when authorized

7. Fraud or Misuse

Sparkle reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • False claims
  • Misuse of offers or packages
  • Suspicious or abusive behavior
