Welcome to Sparkle Premium Car Wash & Detailing. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Booking
- All bookings can be made through call, WhatsApp, or online forms.
- Customers must provide accurate details such as name, location, and preferred time.
2. Service Availability
- Services are available only in specified service areas:
Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Kengeri, Banashankari BDA Layouts – Bangalore. - Bookings are subject to staff availability and weather conditions.
3. Doorstep Service Requirements
- The customer should provide access to the car and parking area.
- For gated communities, entry permissions must be arranged by the customer.
4. Service Quality
- Our team ensures high-quality cleaning using safe and eco-friendly products.
- Results may vary depending on the car’s age, condition, and existing stains.
5. Monthly Packages
- Monthly packages include the number of washes mentioned (e.g., 4, 8, 12, 28).
- Missed or skipped washes cannot be carried forward to the next month.
- Packages are non-transferable between vehicles.
6. Payments
- Payments can be made through UPI, cash, or online payment links.
- Advance payment may be required for monthly packages.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Remove valuables from the vehicle before cleaning.
- Inform the staff if there are sensitive accessories or electronic components.
8. Damage Disclaimer
- While we take every precaution, Sparkle is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing dents, scratches, or damages
- Issues arising from aftermarket accessories
- Unreported interior electronic faults
- Any concerns must be reported immediately after service completion.
9. Service Termination
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a service if:
- The environment is unsafe for staff
- The car is not accessible
- Customer behaves inappropriately
10. Policy Updates
We may update our terms anytime. The latest version will always be available on our website.
